Questions about OMGBD VIP or loyalty? Levels, perks and traps
VIP levels usually rise with how much you play (turnover) or deposit, and the lobby itself sets out each level's perks. This page promises no level numbers or perks; your level and the rules are visible only in the official OMGBD lobby. Below are the questions players ask most.
Where do I see my VIP level?
- Make sure you are in the real lobby, using the official and fake sites guides.
- Log in and open the profile, "VIP" or "Rewards" section.
- It shows your current level, what the next level needs, and the list of perks.
- If you have no account yet, register first.
I played a lot. Why hasn't my level gone up?
What to check:
- Not every game counts equally towards turnover; check which games count and how much.
- Play with bonus money may or may not count, under separate rules.
- When levels update, instantly or at set intervals, is written on the lobby's VIP page.
When to open chat: if you think you met the conditions under the rules but nothing updated, ask lobby live chat with a screenshot.
VIP perks or rebate not showing?
Many perks don't arrive by themselves. You may need to press a "claim" button, or take them within a set time. Many also carry play-through conditions like a bonus, and withdrawal stays closed until those are met. To understand them, see the bonus guide.
Someone says they'll "make you VIP" for money?
That is a scam. VIP levels can't be bought, and no outsider can change your level. Never pay a personal "agent" wallet and never tell anyone your OTP. To deposit, use only the lobby cashier: bKash / Nagad / Rocket page.
Is it wise to play more just for VIP?
Playing beyond your budget just to reach the next level can cost more than any perk gives back. Set your limit first and let the level follow. If play starts to feel like pressure, read responsible play.

What's the difference between VIP benefits and a regular bonus?
Short answer: A regular bonus is a single offer; VIP is a system of benefits that unlock step by step based on play over time.
A new account's free sign-up bonus or the 100% first deposit match is one-off, under set terms. A VIP level is ongoing — your play record keeps building, and the lobby shows rebates, level-up gifts or other benefits by level. Each has its terms on a separate page, so don't judge one by the other's rules. To understand the new-player offer, see the sign-up bonus.
What do the words on the VIP page mean?
- Turnover / valid bets: the total amount wagered that counts towards your level. Deposit amount and turnover are not the same thing.
- Rebate: a benefit returning part of your wagers; it's calculated by the rules, win or lose.
- Level-up reward: a one-time benefit when you reach a new level.
- Level maintenance: in some systems your level drops if minimum play isn't reached within a set period.
- Claim deadline: the last time to take a benefit; after that it may be void.
Can my level drop again?
It can, if the lobby's VIP rules include level maintenance. If you don't play for a while or don't meet the terms within the calculation period, your level may go back a step. How often it's calculated and what the terms are is in the rules section of the VIP page. Playing on just to hold a level isn't wise — a lost level can be regained later, but money lost beyond your budget doesn't come back.
A short checklist before claiming any benefit
- Will the benefit land in cash balance or bonus balance?
- Does it come with wagering terms, and if so, which games count?
- Will taking it affect any active bonus or withdrawal?
- When is the claim deadline?
If a confirmation message appears after claiming, screenshot it and check which part of your balance the amount went into. If a benefit is shown but the claim button doesn't work, refresh the page and try once — don't keep tapping.
If you can't find the answers, ask live chat before claiming. General background on bonus terms is in the bonus guide.
Can I combine play from two accounts to raise my level?
No. Levels are separate for each account, and most platforms' rules forbid one person holding multiple accounts. Doing so risks the account being blocked.
A "VIP manager" messaged me on Telegram — is it real?
Don't trust messages like this from outside the lobby. Ask in the lobby's own chat to check. How to write it: support.
Can I bring my VIP level over from another site?
No. Every platform is separate; on OMGBD your level starts from your play record here.
Can rebates be withdrawn directly?
It depends on whether the rebate lands in cash or bonus balance, and whether it carries wagering terms. This is written in the VIP page rules or the benefit's description.
