OMGBD login not working? Fixes, question by question
Most login problems come from three things: the wrong address, the wrong details, or an old app or old browser data. Below, each question has a short answer first, then what to do. Remember, this guide site has no login form. You sign in only in the official lobby.
How do I log in to OMGBD normally?
- Open the lobby with the button on this page, not with an unknown link from search results.
- Tap the "Login" or "Sign in" button at the top.
- Enter the mobile number and password you used when you registered.
- If it asks for an OTP, type in the code sent to your own phone yourself.
- If it works, you will see your balance, the cashier and the game list.
"It says wrong password, but I'm typing the right one"
Short answer: Autofill or keyboard language is often the cause.
Browsers often fill in an old password from another site by themselves. Clear the box and type it by hand. If your Bangla keyboard is on, switch to English, and watch for Caps Lock or capital letters. If there is an eye icon to show the password, tap it to check. If it still fails, use the password reset option on the login page.
"It says account not found"
Short answer: The number format is off, or it's the wrong number.
If the country code is in a separate box, don't add the code again at the start of your number. If you have more than one SIM, think about which one you registered with. And make sure you are really on the OMGBD lobby. It's normal that your account won't exist on another site with a similar name.
Why is my OTP not coming?
Short answer: Wait a little. Don't keep pressing resend.
- Check that your phone has network and that your SMS inbox is not full.
- Open your spam or blocked messages folder.
- Pressing "Resend" again and again can block requests for a while. Wait as long as the lobby tells you to.
- If someone calls or messages you asking for the OTP, don't give it. Only you should type the OTP into the lobby.
The page loads, but after login it's blank or keeps spinning
Short answer: Browser cache or an old app version.
Clear this site's cache and cookies from your browser history and try again, or open an incognito tab. If you use the app, get the latest version from the lobby button. Try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi. Sometimes the network itself is the problem.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
If the lobby login screen has a "Forgot password" or reset option, use it to set a new password with your own number. If there isn't one, go to the lobby's live chat. My account shows locked or suspended
Short answer: Only the lobby's support can unlock it.
An account can be blocked for a while after too many wrong passwords, or if a security check is still pending. In chat, give your number and a screenshot of the message you see. If they ask for verification documents, see the account verification guide. Any third person offering to "unlock" it for money is a scam.
"I think someone else got into my account"
Short answer: Change your password now, then tell support.
If you see unknown transactions, changed profile details, or a withdrawal request you didn't make, don't wait. Log in to the real lobby and change your password, and change it anywhere else you used the same password. Then send live chat screenshots of what you saw. Think about whether you recently logged in through an unknown link. That is often where details get stolen.
What should I write to support to get a faster reply?
If you only write "login not working", support has to ask you many questions back. Instead, put it all in one message: your registered mobile number, the exact message on screen, whether you use the app or a browser, and since when it has been happening. Add a screenshot. Never write your password or OTP. Support doesn't need them.
When nothing works
- Check the address bar again. If you have any doubt, read the guide to spotting fake sites before you go further.
- Try once from another browser or another phone. This shows whether the problem is the device or the account.
- Go to the lobby's live chat and say in one message: your registered number, the error you see, and since when.
- If you don't have an account at all, create a new one with the register guide.

I bought a new phone. Can I log in to the same account there?
Yes. Your account is tied to your number, not to the phone. Open the lobby on the new phone and enter the same number and password. If it asks for an OTP, it goes to your registered SIM, so keep that SIM with you. Before selling or giving away the old phone, log out on it.
I lost the SIM I registered with. How do I get the OTP now?
First get a replacement SIM for the same number from your operator's customer care. The OTP will then arrive as before. If the number is closed for good, tell the lobby's live chat. I logged in once on a friend's phone. What should I do now?
Open the lobby or app on that phone and log out, and delete the password if the browser saved it. If you can't do that, change your password from your own phone, so the old one stops working. In future, don't tap "remember password" on someone else's phone.
Login worked yesterday. Why won't the lobby link open today?

No. Getting into the lobby needs only your number, password and sometimes an OTP. It never needs your wallet PIN. If a login page asks for one, assume you are on a fake site. Close it without entering anything, and read the fake sites guide.
