Trouble reaching OMGBD support? Where, how and what to write

Official support lives inside the lobby, in live chat or the help centre. No outside number, WhatsApp contact or unknown "agent" is support. There is no Telegram channel yet: @BD_OMGBD. Below are common questions and what to do.

I can't find live chat. Where is it?

1. Open the official lobby and log in; in some lobbies chat only appears after login.
2. Look for a chat or headset icon in a screen corner, or "Support" or "Help" in the menu.
3. If it isn't in the app, open the lobby in a browser.
4. If you can't log in at all, see the login guide first.

Why are chat replies slow?

Common reasons: queues get long at busy times, and vague messages force support to ask questions back. Opening new chats again and again can push you to the back of the queue. Stay in one chat, and note down any ticket or reference number you are given.

What gets it solved in one message?

• Your registered mobile number.
• The problem in one line (for example "bKash deposit not in balance").
• For money issues: transaction ID, amount, rough time.
• A screenshot of the error message on screen.
• Whether you are using the app or a browser.

Support is asking for my password or OTP. Should I give it?

No. Real support never needs your password, OTP or wallet PIN. If someone asks, it is not support. Likewise, if you hear "pay a fee to release your balance" or "send to a personal number", close the chat. Details: agent warning.

Is there OMGBD support on Telegram?

This site has no active Telegram channel: @BD_OMGBD. Be careful if someone on Telegram says they are support. Money and login tasks happen only in the lobby.

You got a reply, but the problem isn't fixed?

Before the chat closes, ask for a ticket or reference number. Next time, give that number and write only what has changed, instead of explaining everything again. Writing the same thing angrily in several chats does not make it faster.
