Which provider makes Fortune Ox, and why can't I find it in the lobby?

Short answer: Fortune Ox is made by PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft); search for it using the provider filter in the lobby.

Many people type "ox" in the search box and find nothing. Game names in the OMGBD lobby are usually in English, so type the full "Fortune Ox", or pick the "PG" provider in the slot section and browse the list. The same series includes names like Fortune Tiger, Fortune Rabbit and Fortune Mouse — match the name and open the right game. The game list can change over time; if it is not in the lobby, assume it is not available right now.

How does Fortune Ox actually play?

Short answer: a small three-reel slot where the middle reel is a little taller, with a random respin feature.

• Reels: the left and right reels have three positions each, the middle reel has four. Winning lines are counted from the left.
• Wild: the ox symbol is wild and can stand in for all other symbols.
• Fortune Ox feature: can start suddenly on any spin. Then the first and third reels show the same symbols, and the reels spin again until a winning combination lands.
• Full screen: if every position shows the same symbol (wilds included), an extra multiplier is added to the win — the game rules say how much.

To see the full paytable, press the menu or "i" button inside the game.

Is a "Fortune Ox hack" or "mod app" real?

Short answer: No. These are almost always scams.

Using a popular game's name, "winning tricks", "patterns" or separate APKs are spread on Facebook or Telegram. Slot results are decided randomly on the server; no app or timing changes them. Installing such files risks theft of your phone's OTPs or wallet details. If you get a suspicious link, match it against the signs on the spotting fake sites page.

What should you do if you get stuck while playing?

1. A spin stopped midway: close and reopen the game, then check the last round in the game history.
2. A win is not showing in your balance: refresh the main lobby balance; the in-game and lobby balances can update at different moments.
3. You are playing on bonus balance: check the offer terms to see whether this game counts for the free signup bonus or the 100% first deposit match; the terms are as written in the lobby.
4. It still does not match: report it in the lobby chat with the round time and a screenshot. What information to give is on the support page.
