OMGBD withdrawal pending? Read the record, then act step by step
You requested a withdrawal, the lobby history says "pending", and nothing has reached your wallet. This page is about that one situation only. For the whole withdrawal process there is the withdrawal guide; here we assume the request is already made and you want to know why it's stuck and what you can check yourself. Each question opens with a short answer.
What should I do first when I see pending, and what shouldn't I do?
Short answer: open and read the record; don't rush to make a new request or cancel.
- Do: screenshot the request record so the amount, method, wallet number and request time are visible.
- Do: check the lobby's notifications, inbox or message centre for anything new. Requests for extra information often appear there.
- Don't: open a second request for the same money. Several requests make it harder to match which is which.
- Don't: cancel and resubmit over and over thinking "maybe I made a mistake", unless support tells you to.
Where is the lobby's withdrawal record, and what should I look at?
- Log in to the official lobby.
- From the cashier, wallet or profile menu, open "transaction history" or "withdrawal records".
- Choose "withdrawal" as the type and set the date.
- Tap the request to open its details, if the lobby allows that.
On the details screen, look carefully at three things. One: is the wallet number the money should go to exactly yours, with not a single digit wrong? Two: is the method the one you chose? Three: is there any comment, reason or red mark next to the record? The lobby's wording may differ slightly; what it says there is what counts.
What can keep a pending request stuck?
Short answer: often a condition or piece of information is still outstanding, and you can see it in the lobby.
This guide doesn't know the lobby's internal process, so it can't tell you the exact reason. But these are things you can check yourself:
- Bonus or offer terms: if you took an offer when depositing, its terms apply as shown in the lobby. See whether the promo or bonus page shows your progress on those terms.
- Verification outstanding: check whether any profile field for name, date of birth or identity is incomplete. An idea of what may be needed is in the verification guide.
- Name or number mismatch: if your profile name differs from the wallet owner's name, or you entered someone else's wallet number, the lobby may ask more questions.
- Method temporarily off: see whether the cashier shows a notice beside that method.
If any of these match your case, fix it first, then tell chat you've done so. If none match, that's useful information too: write in chat "profile complete, no offer taken, number checked". That saves support asking from scratch, and tells you the problem isn't a mistake on your side. Keep your deposit record and bet history handy as well; support may ask about them.
Should I keep playing while the request is pending?
Short answer: don't turn the wait into extra playing time.
In some lobbies the pending amount is held separately; in others, a cancelled request returns the money to your balance. What happens in yours is shown by the lobby's own record. The problem is that if you play on the remaining balance out of restlessness while you wait, spending creeps up without you noticing, and the history gets harder to read. Taking a break until the request is settled is simpler. Ways to set limits are on the responsible play page.
The request suddenly shows "cancelled" or "failed". Where's the money?
Short answer: check your balance and the record's comment first.
Refresh the page or log out and back in, then check your balance. If the lobby shows real and bonus balance separately, check both. If the record states a reason for cancellation, fix it before making a new request, for example correcting a wrong number. If no reason is given, or the money doesn't show in your balance, take screenshots and ask live chat.
Someone says "pay a fee and I'll release your pending withdrawal". What do I do?
Short answer: send nothing; this is a known scam.
- Ignore messages asking for a "fee" or "tax" up front to release a withdrawal.
- Never tell anyone your wallet PIN or OTP, even someone claiming to be support.
- If someone on Facebook or Telegram calls themselves an "agent" and gives a personal number, stop. Details: agent warning.
When should I contact support, and what should I put in one message?
If you've checked the record and found no mistake, there's no instruction in the lobby inbox, and the status hasn't changed for a long while, go to the lobby's own live chat. This guide can't give a set waiting time; if the lobby or chat states one, go by that. Put everything in one message:
- Registered mobile number or username
- Method, amount and the wallet number you're withdrawing to
- Rough request time and the status the record shows
- A screenshot of the record, plus any inbox message
Don't keep opening new chats on the same issue; stay in one conversation. If support asks for extra details, give them only in the lobby chat. Some habits that keep future requests smooth are on the avoiding stuck withdrawals page.

Can I cancel a pending request myself?
Some lobbies show a cancel button beside the record, some don't. Even if there is one, only use it when you're sure something in the request is wrong, such as the wallet number. If in doubt, ask chat first.
I requested with the wrong wallet number and it's still pending. What now?
Tell lobby live chat straight away, with a screenshot of the record and the correct number. Reporting it before the request is settled may leave more room for a correction, but the lobby decides what happens.
The record says "successful" but the money isn't in my wallet?
Check both the wallet app's transaction list and your messages, and check the number again. If you still can't find it, send screenshots of the lobby record and the wallet's transaction page together in chat.
It's my first withdrawal. Is that why it's taking longer?
On a first withdrawal the lobby may sometimes ask for extra verification. Check your profile and inbox for any request; if there is one, complete it, and if not, ask in chat.
This site is not OMGBD's official site, only an unofficial guide; there is no cashier or balance here. Withdrawals, records and support are only in the official lobby, and limits and terms are whatever the lobby states. 18+ only.
