Deposit not received on OMGBD? Check the status first, then follow the steps
You sent the money, it left your wallet, but it isn't in your lobby balance. At this point the most useful question is: what state is your request in right now in the lobby's deposit history? The status tells you whether to wait, to check details, or to go straight to support. This page covers any payment method; there's a separate page just for bKash: bKash deposit problems.
What should you do, and not do, in the first few minutes?
Short answer: keep your proof together and don't send the money a second time.
- Do: keep the wallet or bank confirmation message. Take a screenshot of the wallet app's transaction page showing the transaction ID, amount and receiving number.
- Do: if you remember or screenshotted the number or reference the lobby cashier showed, keep that separately too.
- Don't: send the same money again thinking "maybe it didn't go". Two transactions make matching harder.
- Don't: tell anyone your wallet PIN or OTP, not even lobby support.
Where is lobby deposit history, and how do you read the status?
- Log in to the official lobby.
- From the cashier, wallet or profile menu, open "Transaction history" or "Deposit records".
- Choose "Deposit" as the type and set the date.
- Find the request from the time you sent the money.
Now see which of four states matches yours. The wording in the lobby may differ a little; what the lobby says is what counts.
- Pending or processing: the request is in the lobby but isn't showing as settled yet.
- Successful or completed: the lobby shows the deposit as settled.
- Failed or cancelled: the request isn't shown as completed.
- No record at all: money left your wallet, but the lobby has no request from that time.
If it shows pending: refresh every so often to see whether the status changes, and meanwhile check the transaction ID and amount. If the cashier or chat tells you to wait, go along with that; if it stays the same for a long time, go to chat as described below.
There's no record in history. So where did the money go?
Short answer: often the deposit never started from the cashier.
Ask yourself three questions. One: did you create a request in the lobby cashier by choosing a method and amount, or did you send straight from your wallet app to a number you used before? Two: does the receiving number in your wallet transaction exactly match what the cashier showed that day? Three: are you logged in to the same account you made the request from?
If someone gave you their personal number by message or phone and said "send it here, I'll add it to your balance", that isn't a lobby deposit. In that case it's expected that the lobby history has no record. Read more on the agent warning page. If you did start from the cashier and there's still no record, take the transaction ID straight to live chat.
It says "successful", so why hasn't my balance gone up?
Short answer: first check the screen and the type of balance.
- Refresh the page, or log out and log back in. A stale screen often shows the old balance.
- If the lobby shows real and bonus balances separately, check both. If you picked an offer with the deposit, its terms apply as shown in the lobby.
- If you played a game right after depositing, check bet history too; the balance may have been spent there.
- If it still doesn't match, send a screenshot of the successful record and one of your current balance together in chat.
It says "failed", but money left my wallet?
Short answer: first confirm the money really left your wallet.
Open the wallet app's transaction list and see whether the transaction shows as completed there, or is stuck on the wallet's side too. Sometimes only a message arrives and the transaction doesn't complete. If the wallet says completed and the lobby says failed, take screenshots of both screens to lobby live chat and ask what the next step is. Don't open a new request and send money again for a failed one unless support tells you to.
What should you give support in one message?
If you just write "money didn't arrive", support has to ask you lots of questions and your wait gets longer. In the lobby's own live chat, give everything in one message:
- Registered mobile number
- Payment method and amount
- Transaction ID and rough time
- What status the lobby history shows
- Screenshots of the wallet transaction page and the lobby history
Don't keep opening new chats for the same problem; stay in one conversation. General rules on which methods are live are on the payments page, and more examples of writing to support are in the support guide.
When a deposit is stuck it's easy to get restless, and that's exactly when the urge to deposit again in a hurry kicks in. Pause. Don't play with money you can't afford to lose; ways to set limits are on the responsible play page.
I sent the same money twice by mistake. What now?
Don't send a third time. Write down the transaction ID, amount and time of both transactions separately, and say how many requests the lobby history shows. Put it all in one live chat message so support can see which money belongs to which request.
I sent a different amount from what I entered in the cashier. What happens?
The lobby decides what happens, so don't try to "fix" it by sending the difference yourself. In chat, clearly state both: what you entered in the request and what you actually sent, with the transaction ID.
How long should I wait before contacting support?
This guide can't give a specific time, because that's up to the lobby. If the cashier or chat gives a waiting time, go by that. If the status stays the same for a long time, or there's no record at all, send a clear message without delay.
I sent money from someone else's wallet. Is that a problem?
First check what the lobby's payment rules say about this. Tell chat up front which number the money came from, to make matching easier. If extra details are requested for checking, give them only in the lobby's own chat.
Someone called saying I need to pay a fee to release my deposit. Should I?
No. "Pay a fee first to release your stuck money" is a well-known scam pattern. Lobby support won't ask you to send money to a personal number. Don't click any link; go directly to the official lobby's chat and report what happened there.
This is not OMGBD's official site, only an unofficial guide; there is no cashier or balance here. Deposits, history and support are only in the official lobby; limits and terms are whatever the lobby states. 18+ only.
