Where is OMGBD bet history? Finding and checking your bet records, question by question

Checking a list of bet records on a phone

Which bet you placed when, for how much, and how it ended: the answers to all of these live in one place, the lobby's bet history. Below, each question gets a short answer first, then what to check and what to do. Remember that this guide site holds none of your records; bet history is only visible after you log in to the official lobby.

Log in to the lobby and open history

Where do I find bet history in the lobby?

Short answer: inside the profile or account menu.

  1. Log in to the official lobby with your own number and password.
  2. Open the profile icon or the "My account" menu.
  3. Look for an option called "Bet history", "Bet records" or "Game records". The exact name can differ slightly between lobby versions.
  4. Choose a date filter and a game type (sports, live casino, slots and so on).
  5. Tap a single bet to see whether a detail page opens.

Don't mix these up: bet history and transaction history are separate lists. Deposit and withdrawal records sit in the cashier or transactions section; bet records sit in bet history. Search the wrong list and it looks as if the record doesn't exist, when it is actually one tab over.

What should I check on each line of the history?

Short answer: reference, time, game, amount and status.

If you don't understand a field, don't guess. Check the lobby's help section or ask in live chat; complaining based on a misunderstanding wastes time on both sides.

I placed a bet, so why isn't it in my history?

Short answer: most of the time it's the filter or the wrong list.

If after all that your balance was deducted but nothing shows in history, take a screenshot and go to live chat. What to write is covered below.

A bet shows as "pending" or "open". What does that mean?

Short answer: the lobby isn't showing that bet as settled yet.

For sports bets, a bet stays open until the match ends; that's normal. If it still shows the same after the match has finished, refresh first, then check again a little later. What happens to a bet when a match is postponed or cancelled is written in the lobby's rules section. That is final, so read the rule rather than guessing.

Don't get anxious and place the same bet again. It may be recorded as two separate bets, which makes reconciling harder later.

The result and my balance don't match. What do I do, step by step?

  1. Open the bet's details in bet history and check the result and the amount credited.
  2. Open transaction history for the same time. See whether a withdrawal request or a bonus-related adjustment happened in between.
  3. If a bonus is active, check whether the winnings went to a separate bonus balance. There's a general overview in the bonus guide, but the terms as shown in the lobby are what apply.
  4. If it still doesn't add up, send one message to lobby live chat: registered number, bet ID, time, game or match name, what you expected and what you see, plus a screenshot.

Don't keep opening new chats for the same problem, and never write your password or OTP. If someone on Telegram or SMS says "I'll fix your record", that isn't support. More examples of writing a clear message are in the support guide.

How can I use bet history to keep track of my own play?

Short answer: open it once a week and look at the record, not your feelings.

History isn't only for sorting out problems. Once a week, use the date filter to see how often you played, how much you staked in total, and what times you played most. If the total has gone past the limit you set beforehand, that is your signal to stop. If you see a pattern of raising the stake bet after bet to win back losses, take a break. Playing is entertainment, not a way to earn. Ways to set limits and take breaks are on the responsible play page.

More questions about bet history

Can I see bets from many months ago?

The lobby decides how far back records go. Widen the date filter and check. If a particular bet record matters to you, save a screenshot on your phone while you can. If you can't find it with the filter, ask in live chat.

Can I delete or cancel a bet from the history?

No. History is a record and you can't remove anything from it yourself. If a bet has a cancel or cash-out option, it appears on the bet slip or the game screen itself. If you don't see it there, assume that bet doesn't have such an option.

I think someone else placed bets from my account. What should I do?

Log in to the real lobby right away and change your password. Send the bet IDs and screenshots of the unfamiliar bets to live chat. Think back to whether you recently logged in through an unfamiliar link or left yourself logged in on someone else's phone.

Why does history look different in the app and the browser?

With the same account, both should show the same records. When they differ, an old cache or an old app version is usually to blame. Get the latest app from the lobby button and clear the browser cache. If they still don't match, send screenshots of both screens to chat.

Is it safe to send someone a screenshot of my history?

Only send it in the lobby's own live chat. If you post it in a group or send it to a stranger, someone can use your balance and ID to pose as support. Before sending, check the image doesn't show anything like a password or OTP.
