From Jaya9 to OMGBD: where mobile slot play gets stuck
This page is not the official Jaya9 website and has no link to Jaya9. It is an unofficial information site about OMGBD, and no play or deposits happen here. People who mostly play portrait slots like PG Soft on their phone run into much the same problems in a new lobby. Here they are, question by question.
Why won't PG Soft games open, or show a black screen?
Symptom: you tap a game, the loader spins, then a black page.
What to check: whether the network is weak, whether the browser has old cache, and whether battery saver is blocking the game. Open a different game. If every game does the same, the problem is the device or network. To learn about game types and providers, read the slots guide.
I can't find my favourite game in the lobby?
Search the lobby's slots tab by provider name, such as PG Soft or JILI. The lobby decides which games are listed; your old site's list doesn't apply here.
Is the daily deposit offer I had on Jaya9 available here?
The only place to find out is the promo page in the OMGBD lobby. This site gives no percentages, amounts or promises. Before taking any offer, read the wagering, the expiry and which games count. More background: bonus guide.
The app keeps closing. What do I do?
- Delete old apps or apps from other brands.
- Get the latest app from the lobby button; steps are in the app guide.
- Free up space on the phone, then open it again.
Where should I be careful when depositing?
Deposit only in the lobby cashier. If someone in chat or on Facebook calls themselves an "agent" and gives you a personal wallet number, do not pay it. Keep a screenshot of the transaction ID. Steps: bKash / Nagad / Rocket.
Where do I look for live casino?
In the live tab, if the lobby has one. How to start: live casino guide.
When should I use live chat?
When a deposit doesn't reach your balance, or the balance looks wrong mid-game. Give your registered number, the game name and a screenshot. Never give out your OTP.
