From Baji / Baji999 to OMGBD: where people get mixed up

This page is not the official Baji or Baji999 website and has no link to them. It is an unofficial information site about OMGBD, and no play or deposits happen here. People who played both exchange and slots on Baji tend to get stuck in the same places in a new lobby. Here are those questions.

I can't find an exchange menu. What's wrong?

Symptom: there is nothing like the exchange screen you used on Baji.

What to check: first ask yourself what you actually need: an exchange or casino-style games. Every lobby is built differently, so open the OMGBD lobby and see which tabs it has. If a feature is missing, this guide site cannot add it.

Are my favourite slots and providers here?

Search the lobby's slots tab by provider name, such as JILI or PG Soft. The lobby decides which games are live. To learn rules and game types first, read the slots guide.

Is the rebate or free spin policy the same?

No. Every platform has its own rules. Check the promo page in the OMGBD lobby; this page gives no amounts or promises. How free spins usually work: free spins guide.

Why does the lobby load slowly on my phone?

• Weak network. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
• Old browser cache. Clear it and reopen.
• An old app version. Get the new one from the lobby button; steps are in the app guide.

What should I check if a cash-out is late?

Whether bonus wagering is still open, whether your wallet name matches your profile name, and whether verification was requested. See the bKash, Nagad and Rocket steps on the bKash / Nagad / Rocket page. Anyone saying "pay a fee and I'll speed it up" is a scammer, and never send money to an agent's personal wallet.

When should I use live chat?

When a withdrawal has been stuck a long time or a deposit has not reached your balance. Give your registered number, transaction ID and a screenshot, never your OTP.
