Which markets do you usually see?

Why did the market suddenly go "suspended" or grey?

Symptom: you were about to bet and the button no longer works.

Cause: live markets often pause briefly for a wicket, a review, rain or another big moment. They may reopen shortly with new odds.

What to do: wait and don't keep tapping. When it reopens, check the odds again before deciding.

The odds on my slip changed when I pressed confirm?

In a live match odds can move ball by ball. On a slow connection you may be looking at old odds while the server already has new ones. Check stake and odds once more before confirming. If the lobby asks you to accept new odds, don't tap "yes" without reading.

My bet shows "pending" or void. Where is the money?

  1. Open bet history and check the status: accepted, pending or void.
  2. A void bet's stake usually returns to your balance. Check your balance.
  3. What happens if a match is abandoned is written in the lobby's cricket rules.
  4. If it stays unsettled long after the match ends, take the bet ID to lobby live chat.

Can you trust prediction groups?
