Stuck in colour prediction? Common problems and what to do
In colour prediction you pick a colour and place your bet before the timer runs out. If the result matches, the game's payout rules add it to your balance. Rounds are short, so problems happen fast too, and the urge to play many rounds quickly is the biggest risk.
Why wasn't my bet counted in the round?
Symptom: you pressed the button, but your bet is not in the list when the round ends.
What to check: if you tap in the very last moment, the round can close before your bet reaches the server. This happens more on a slow connection. Open the game's "my bets" or history section and see whether the bet was taken at all, and whether money left your balance.
When to open chat: if your balance dropped but the bet is not in the history, go to lobby live chat with the round number, the time and a screenshot.
The result came in, but it wasn't added to my balance?
Refresh the page once, or leave the game and come back. Often it is only a display delay. The payout is written in the rules on the game screen; check the maths against the colour and bet type you chose. If it still doesn't match, tell support the round number.
Can past results predict the next colour?
Short answer: no.

The game loads, but the timer is frozen?
- Switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi.
- In a browser, close other tabs, clear the cache and go back in.
- In the app, get the latest version from the lobby button.
- If it is still frozen, don't bet; tell support instead.
What should you ask yourself before playing?
